Nantong Unistar Electro-Mechanical Industries Co., Ltd is a sole enterprise invested by American Unison Electro-Mechanical Industries (FAAF) Co., Ltd. The company starts its operation in October of 1993, with a investment capital of 5,350,000USD. And its main business scope ranges over auto connectors,auto accessories and so on. With the perennial struggle and development, our Unistar is becoming a star Company among the same line in China.

The company covers an original occupying area of 14,000 squares and a plant area of 21,000 squares. The company possesses most advanced equipment imported from Japan, Switzerland, America and Germany, for instance: high-precision electric spark, injection machine, punching machine and so on.

The predecessor of the company was a professional company manufacturing connector. It takes pride in a team of professional personnels proficient in design and manufacture and its product development ability. And in the company, the middle and senior professional technicians account for over 30% of the total employees. In the recent years, the company, with a annual throughput of 300sets, has designed and manufactured varieties of auto mold. The company has set up the CAD net system that consists of more than 30 computers; and currently, 2DM,PRO/E 3DM software have been adopted. The CAD have been used from product design to technical papers' compiling and database also have been set up at the same time. Now, we can establish unified design flat with our customers through internet to quicken new product development speed and shorten new product development cycle.

The company has passed the approval and review of ISO-9002 Quality System in 1995, and passed three renewal certification and also passed PWTUV QS-9000 Quality System in2000. We passed ISO/TS16949:2002 certification in 2006.

In order to import the most advanced international management engineering in the same line, the company invited three engineers from American UTA company to guide our company on processing, quality control and process control. Thus we have possessed the most advanced international manufacturing engineering and quality controlling methods.
